Greg Sizemore
President of Sizemore & Company and
Leader of The Premier Associations Group
Greg Sizemore is President of Sizemore & Company LLC and leads the Premier Associations Group (PAG). Within PAG, Mr. Sizemore serves as Executive Vice President of the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), a national construction industry association he co-founded in 2001. CURT represents dozens of major industrial owners, including Procter & Gamble, Marathon, General Motors, Southern Company, Duke Energy, and ExxonMobil. Throughout his career, Mr. Sizemore has worked to elevate the construction industry by strengthening industry leaders, promoting workforce development, and driving thought-leadership and collaboration on a variety of national and international industry initiatives.
Mr. Sizemore serves on several industry and civic boards, including the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board and the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law. He has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati for more than two decades and received the University’s Outstanding Adjunct Professor Award in 2013.
Mr. Sizemore holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio.

Dr. Cynthia Sizemore

Dr. Cynthia Sizemore is Chairman of Sizemore & Company LLC. She began her career in real estate and later transitioned into higher education, building a diverse professional background that spans multiple industry sectors. She applies that experience to support Sizemore & Company’s strategic and operational initiatives across the company’s family of brands. Dr. Sizemore currently serves as Program Director of the Doctor of Business Administration degree and Assistant Professor of Business at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
She holds an Associate’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, a Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Doctorate degree from Capella University.
Nathaniel Sizemore
Sr. Vice Pres. and General Counsel of Sizemore & Company, and Leader of Premier Resources Group
Nathaniel Sizemore serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Sizemore & Company, where he supports all of the company’s brands and leads the Premier Resources Group (PRG) division. Under his leadership, PRG has become a nationally respected Engineering/Construction Talent Solutions firm that addresses critical workforce development challenges in the industry. Nathaniel has expanded PRG’s national and international client base, strengthened its reputation for excellence, and positioned the brand as a key partner for companies seeking highly specialized STEM and construction talent.
Before joining Sizemore & Company, Nathaniel practiced construction law in the Washington, D.C. metro area, representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in a broad range of public and private development projects. In 2025, he was named to the Cincinnati Business Courier's Forty Under 40 list, and has been recognized as a University of Cincinnati Goering Center Rising Leader Finalist, where his highlighted best practice was ‘Dynamic Business Strategy’.
Nathaniel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University, where he received the Political Science Faculty Award. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
